Viresh Fernando is both a Lawyer and a Chartered Accountant (Certified Public Accountant) who provides a range of services to couples and single people of all age groups with regard to Wills, Powers of Attorney and other related Estate Matters.
Whether it is preparing a basic Will and a Power of Attorney or in regard to more sophisticated matters, Viresh combines his legal and chartered accounting skills in advising clients on tax-efficient Will, Estate Planning, Business Succession Planning, Family Trusts, Alter-Ego trusts, and Estate Administration issues.
Viresh also works with trust companies and banks, as well as your current financial advisors and accountants, to assist you achieve your estate planning goals.

To ensure everyone’s safety Viresh can discuss your needs by telephone, email and Zoom video chat using your email address. Drafts of documents can be sent to you by email for review and comment. We are now permitted to witness the signing of Wills and Powers of Attorney remotely using Zoom Video Service.
Viresh is also available to meet in a socially distanced manner at your home, hospital, or long-term care facility.
