Even after leaving the Department of Justice and Counsel for the Attorney General of Canada, Mr. Fernando continues to maintain his close contacts with justice, immigration and visas officials, and is devoting his efforts to assisting potential independent and investor class immigrants to obtain permanent residence in Canada. |
